My Story

My fascination with products began in childhood—debating with friends about which gaming system was better between PlayStation and Xbox, comparing Androids and iPhones, testing the sound quality of different headphones at Best Buy, or evaluating basketball shoe brands. I was so captivated by products that I often envisioned alternative solutions—some perhaps unconventional or whimsical—that sparked creativity and innovation. This deep emotional connection to impactful products fuels my passion for building the next generation of solutions. Understanding the profound effect a well-crafted product can have on someone's life drives me to contribute meaningfully to the world through product management.

My academic journey began with a pre-med focus at the University of Oregon, driven by a desire to help others—a value that remains central to my career aspirations. While my path shifted from medicine, this commitment led me to explore the tech industry in Silicon Valley, where innovation has the power to profoundly impact lives.

In the tech realm, I immersed myself in marketing operations and analytics, dedicating nearly a decade to optimizing marketers' workflows. By automating tasks, providing strategic insights, and developing systems that enhanced efficiency, I enabled marketers to focus on their core objectives. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, strategizing, road mapping, and implementing solutions honed my skills in areas essential to product management.

Watching the people I built systems for light up when something finally worked the way they needed it to is what pushed me toward product. I want to be on the side of the table where the thing gets built. Today I'm focused on B2B product roles at companies building AI-powered revenue, GTM, and operational tooling, the space where a decade of living inside these problems becomes an advantage rather than a caveat.

Before tech, I covered Oregon Ducks football and basketball as a beat writer for FishDuck.com. Writing has always been how I think — which is why you'll still find me doing it on LinkedIn.
